Usage and Care

To prevent the cookware from burning and to function perfectly, heat it slowly, at most to a medium temperature. Add fat only after the cookware is heated. If you want to increase the non-stick properties before cooking delicate dishes, add 2 teaspoons of oil before cooking. Lightly heat it and wipe with a tissue. The added ingredients will stick to the steel. Don’t worry, once perfectly seared, they will release themselves.
